📸 When submitting your photos, please ensure they are in JPEG, JPG, or PNG file formats. High quality pictures are preferred.

💰 Each additional photo, quote, or design element is $5.

❗ Cancellation fee: If the order is canceled within 24 hours after the design process begins, a $20 fee will apply. You will receive a refund for the difference.

🖼️ After you submit your order, our mockup process will begin within 2-3 days (high volumes could change this number). You will receive a mockup via email, and you will be allowed 2 revisions. Additional edits will be charged at $5 each. Please note that photo changes are not included in the revisions and will incur a $5 fee per photo.

✅ The mockup process ensures that all spelling, colors, and images are correct. You will have 24 hours to approve or request changes to your design. If we do not hear from you, your item could be sent to production. Any design changes requested after this point will incur a $10 reprint fee.

❌ Due to the nature of custom items, returns & exchanges are not accepted. If you receive your item and there is an error after you approve the proof, we will reprint it but you will be charged 50% of the original cost + shipping.

📦 Our goal is to process all orders within 5-7 business days. (This may vary due to a high volume of orders)
